The rules for using the Site, the status of its materials and of the free test, how to book a service, and the limits of liability.
In short: the materials on the Site, the free test and its results are for general information only. They are not a medical service, an examination, a diagnosis or a treatment prescription, and they do not replace a consultation with a doctor. If you have a medical condition, if you are pregnant, or before taking any supplements, consult a licensed medical professional.
1. General
These Terms govern the use of the Site, which is administered by Nadezhda Morozova (the “Administrator”). By starting to use the Site you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
The Site is intended for people aged 18 and over. By using the Site you confirm that you are of age.
2. Status of the service information
The descriptions of the ways to work together and the prices shown on the Site are for information only and do not constitute a public offer (art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The terms of a particular service — what it includes, its timing, price and payment arrangements — are agreed individually when you contact the Administrator in a messenger, and are confirmed before the work starts.
The Administrator’s services are consulting services in the field of nutrition science and healthy lifestyle. They are not medical practice.
3. The free test
- The test assesses how you feel based on your answers and shows an informational result with general recommendations.
- The result is not a diagnosis and may not reflect your actual state of health.
- How the answers are handled is described in the Privacy policy: the result is calculated in your browser, and data reaches the Administrator only if you voluntarily submit the request form with your consent.
4. No guarantee of results
Results of working with the Administrator are individual and depend on your starting state, your lifestyle and how consistently you follow the recommendations.
The reviews and client stories on the Site reflect those people’s personal experience and do not guarantee a similar result for anyone else.
5. Intellectual property
All materials on the Site — texts, images, design elements, the logic of the test — belong to the Administrator or are used on lawful grounds. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Copying, adapting and distributing the materials for commercial purposes without the Administrator’s written consent is prohibited.
6. Prohibited use
- interfering with the Site’s operation, circumventing technical restrictions, automated data collection;
- using the Site to send spam or for any other unlawful activity;
- passing the Site’s materials off as your own or as medical advice.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. The Administrator is not liable for interruptions in the Site’s operation, for the acts of third-party services (hosting, messengers, analytics), or for the consequences of applying the Site’s general information on your own without consulting a professional.
Nothing in this section limits the rights that consumer protection law gives you.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by Russian law.
9. Changes
The Administrator may update these Terms. A new version is published on this page with its version number and date. Continuing to use the Site after the changes are published means you accept the new version.
